The price for the hard drives were great and the shipping charges are very competitive, also! This makes a difference with us as we have to pass on the cost of shipping to our clients.

This was a critical sale for us, as our client had a server down and we needed to get it repaired immediately.

Some had to special order this part, but four companies had the item in stock and NONE of them were willing to go the extra step of service to ship overnight and get this part out to me today. I know there was an extra charge, but on others, the part itself was more expensive so we still got what we needed quickly. My computer is a recording studio. It crashed. When ordering parts in such emergency situations, when asked "When do you need the stuff?", the response usually is "Yesterday!" Well, I'm a first time customer. I chose the free delivery "super saver " mail option. This option states 7-10 days. I made my online order Tues. evening (11PM). It's 2 days later (Thurs. morning) I'm holding my purchase in my hand! That's service!!! Thank you DiscTech!
