Enterprise Read Intensive SSD
The PX03SN series is optimized for read-intensive, and low-write-duty applications in server and storage systems and features a 12 Gbit/s SAS interface. The eSSDs are available with capacities of 200, 400, 800 GB as well as 1.6 TB, built with MLC NAND flas memory and support 1 DWPD (Drive Write Per Day) with a random data, 4KiB workload. The drives deliver random write speeds up to 26,000 IOPS and random read speeds up to 130,000 IOPS. The PX03SN series offers high performance enterprise-class solid-state storage suitable for cost sensitive and read-intensive applications characterized with infrequent write operations or predominantly large block & sequential data pattern workloads.
Optional features: PX03SNQ/U series supports self-encryption which may help IT professionals protect data from unintended data disclosure when drives or storage systems are re-purposed, retired from service, or otherwise moved outside the physical security of the data center environment.
Toshiba’s TCG SED option (PX03SNQ/U) is designed to the Trusted Computing Group (TCG) industry-standard “Enterprise” Security Sub-Classification (SSC), and provides for both access security and full-disk encryption with SIE (Sanitize Instant Erase) capability.
