Returning Items

Please follow the return procedure below which will ensure your return is not rejected.

Obtain Return Authorization

First, you MUST obtain an Return Authorization number from Customer Service. Go to the Contact Us page, or simply call us.

Most retail / web sales are eligible for our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. In some instances there may be a restocking fee. We will communicate these details when you call in for your R.A. number.

If you need to return a product under warranty, then you have the entire warranty period in which to request the coverage. If the item has a manufacturer warranty, we will handle warranty service for the first 30 days, after 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer. However, we are happy to assist you with technical support at any time.

How to Ship Correctly

All products should be individually wrapped with 1.5" of foam or bubble-wrap on all six sides and packed snugly into the box. Static protection must be used for all electronics being returned. Even if you think the item is defective, YOU MUST package the item properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to DiscTech safely. Your ability to return the item may be denied if the item is damaged during return shipment.

Return shipping must be with an insurable and traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or DHL and returned within 14 days from the date that the RA is issued. Any package being returned later than 14 days must be re-authorized by calling in to customer service.
