The Sportster 28.8/33.6 Data/FAX is a true ITU-T V.34 external modem that transmits data at 28.8/33.6 Kbps with hardware-based V.42/MNP 2-4 error control and V.42 bis/MNP 5 data compression, for throughput up to 115,200 bps. It also supports Group III fax at 14,400 bps.

  • Transmit data twice as fast as with a 14,400 bps modem. Save phone and online time charges.
  • Send faxes directly from your computer.
  • Universally compatible with ITU-T standard V.34, V.32 bis, V.32 and V.22 bis.
