Seagate Exos X24 24TB Enterprise SATA Hard Drive
The Seagate Exos X24 ST24000NM002H is a 24TB, 3.5-inch enterprise hard drive designed for high-capacity data center, scale-out storage, RAID, backup, and distributed file-system deployments. This model uses a single-port SATA 6Gb/s interface, 7,200 RPM spindle speed, Conventional Magnetic Recording (CMR), a helium-sealed design, and 512MB multisegmented cache.
ST24000NM002H is the standard Seagate Instant Secure Erase (ISE) model, not the self-encrypting-drive variant. Its FastFormat configuration ships in 512e format and can be reformatted to 4Kn where the host controller, operating system, and application support 4K native sectors. Reformatting the drive deletes all existing data.
